I just started to use paypal. I don't have much money there but I want to ask you if it's safe. Has anyone ever had problems with it?

Also do you think the rates for receiving payment is high?

I'd really like your opinion.

To me, paypal has been great so far, even though my account was limited, I still kept using it (My account got limited due to having too much money in it at times). I still use them for everything and everything runs smoothly for me.

As for the fees, they are a bit high, depending on what type of account you have. They are lenient on the persona accounts, but when it comes to Premier and Business (I have a business account), they fees is a bit high, but the security is there.

The fees are getting a little ridiculous, but its the way you pay on the net, so you have to use it. Paypal itself is very secure as they have a insurance and such. If you start getting into high payments and business on PayPal, You'll have to end up getting the PayPal Debit cards so your transactions are cheaper.

Been using paypal for over 5 years now - never had a problem with it!
Havent tried any other net payment services tho, so cant really compare it with other services.

I was pretty sure that paypal was safe, but still the fees are :S since I'm looking more to receiving money than transferring the fees really effect me.
Some people have recommended moneybookers, i havent really used that.

Problems there are, but you dont have a better choice , atleast now, for paypal is more widely accepted than any other payment processor now

perhaps paypal is safe,if you have confirmed your account with a credit card,and if not then it would be risky.

It's a lot safer then western union or money gram. Although you still have to watch your account, you can never be too careful.

yes paypal is safe if you have validated your account with the credit card,otherwise it is dangerous.
