1) Proceed to Download GeoLite Country and this INC file. Upload both into a directory into called 'geoip'.

2) Place the following code at the VERY TOP of your index.php file:

Replace each Example with the full name of a country. Scroll down through the INC file above to find a list of all of the full country names.

There is a website with many GREAT SEO Tools that I actually still use today. They have a 30 day trial period that you get to try the tools for free, but after that you have to make a payment or supply a PR2 link.

The tools that they have to offer at the moment are:

Backlink Checker (Predicts Future PR)
Reciprocal Link Checker
Keyword Research Tool
Backlink Value Checker

I personally have the PR2 sites available to make my payment that way, but if not after 30 days I believe it is $10 a month. If you want to be able to PREDICT your Google's PR based on your back links, or see which links are QUALITY back links, I recommend checking out SEO4Experts.
